By using the "Printit" platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use the platform. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and you are responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions regularly as you will not be notified of any changes. By continuing to use the platform, you agree to the new terms and conditions.

1. Proper Use: You acknowledge that you will use the platform only in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth on the terms and conditions page.
2. Prohibition of Unlawful Use: You agree not to use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws, causes undue interference, or adversely affects "Printit" platform or other users.
3. Refrain from Automated Use: You agree not to use any automated processes to collect or extract information or content from the platform without obtaining prior written consent from us.
4. Additional Obligations: You agree not to take any action that may damage or exceed the server capacity of our server or any network associated with it, as well as not to interfere with the use of the platform by others.
5. Responsibility for Internet Access and Connection: You are responsible for accessing the Internet and providing the necessary connection to access the platform.

You agree to comply with all terms and conditions set forth on the terms and conditions page, and not to use the platform in any way that conflicts with these terms and conditions or any applicable law.

When you pay for our products or services through our website, the required details will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secure connection.

Compensations:

By using the "Printit" platform, you agree to indemnify us and any of our affiliates, employees, directors, or agents, immediately and upon request, for all claims, liabilities, losses, and costs, including legal fees arising from any breach or violation of the terms and conditions of use of the "Printit" platform by you or any other person, and any damages resulting from your use of the platform.

Termination:

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the "Printit" platform immediately if you breach these terms and conditions or if we believe, based on reasonable grounds, that you may violate these terms and conditions, or if you engage in unacceptable behavior in our view.

Platform Availability:

Due to the possibility of electronic service interruptions, access to the "Printit" platform is available as is and in its current state only. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to impose limits or restrictions on your use of the "Printit" platform. Additionally, we reserve the right to withdraw your access to the "Printit" platform at any time and without prior notice for security, technical, maintenance, legal reasons, or due to a breach of these terms and conditions.

General:

If any court or legislative authority deems any provision of these terms and conditions to be invalid or unenforceable, such provisions shall be deleted and removed from these terms and conditions, while the remaining terms and conditions shall remain in effect. These terms and conditions apply between us and the users, and no third party shall be entitled to benefit from these terms and conditions. Referral, we reserve the right to refer to any person or all of our rights and obligations set forth in these terms and conditions to a third party.

Special Terms and Conditions:

The "Printit" platform is an online printing intermediary platform, aimed at facilitating the printing process for students, educational institutions, and other beneficiaries.

The "Printit" platform team is professional and efficient in dealing with all types of printing, working as employees or contractors with the platform to meet your needs.

By using the "Printit" platform, you acknowledge that all data you provide is accurate, and any updates to this data are also accurate, to ensure smooth communication and satisfactory delivery.

Official communication with the "Printit" platform is done through the email registered with us, or through the WhatsApp application using the available numbers for inquiries.

Delivery and communication times with you will be determined according to the available times for delivery, which are outside the specified areas.

To ensure that the prints arrive correctly, you must enter your personal information correctly and clearly, and provide us with your correct information.

The currency used on the "Printit" platform is the Saudi Riyal.

To ensure the service is provided properly, you must ensure the availability of a fast internet connection, and preview the uploaded file before submitting a print request.

In case of any inquiries or difficulties, please contact us through the available means on the platform or through social media pages.

Make sure to send the file you want to print during the specified working hours to ensure that the prints arrive as soon as possible.

If the order exceeds an additional 24 hours beyond the specified time, the amount will be refunded to the user's balance, in addition to free delivery.

If the customer does not receive the order within 72 hours from the collection points, the platform is not responsible for the loss of prints.

If an appointment is scheduled for delivery with the customer and there is no response from them, the shipment will be delivered to the nearest collection point, and the delivery cost will not be refunded.

In case of order cancellation and refund, the funds will be returned to the original payment method in the order.

The customer is not allowed to cancel the order after it has been transferred to "Processing," which is after a minimum of 20 minutes from the time the order is placed.

If any document is found to be non-compliant with the requirements, the order will be canceled, and the amount will be refunded to the user's balance.
