You can register through easy steps, just follow these:

1. Click on "Create an Account" on the homepage.
2. Fill in the registration details and click on "Register Now."
3. You will receive a text message on your mobile number. If you do not receive the message, you can contact technical support on WhatsApp.
4. You will be redirected to your personal account on the platform.
5. After that, you can upload files and request printing.

The printing options are as follows:

1. Paper size, such as (A3, A4, A5).
2. Paper type, such as plain, glossy, adhesive, cardboard, and other available options.
3. Printing color (black and white, colored).
4. Paper side (single-sided, double-sided).
5. Packaging options, such as no packaging, side stapling, wire binding, spiral binding, and other available options.

1. Online payment via credit cards (Visa or MasterCard).
2. Direct payment through bank cards supported by Mada service.
3. Cash on delivery, which may not be available permanently.

PrintIt platform offers a 24-hour service without interruption. You can receive your orders as follows:

1. Visit the available pickup point for the service within at least 24 hours from the time of order placement. This service is free. You will receive a WhatsApp message when the order is ready.
2. Delivery within the city where the pickup points are located within at least 24 hours from the time of order placement. The cost of this service varies depending on the service provider.
3. Delivery outside the city where the pickup points are located takes place within 3 to 4 business days from the time of order placement, and it may be less than that, through the shipping company chosen by the customer when placing the order.
4. Delivery outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia takes place within 4 to 5 business days from the time of order placement, and the cost of the service is automatically calculated according to the specified country.

After logging in, you can upload the document by following these steps:

1. Click on "Print a File" in the right sidebar of the page.
2. Click on the "Upload New File" icon.
3. After selecting the file, click on "Upload Now."
4. Click on the "Printer Preview" to check the final form of the file after uploading it.
5. Choose the appropriate paper size and complete the selection as per your preference.
6. Click on "Print It."
7. If you want to add another file, click on "Add New Order" and add it as in the previous steps.
8. After clicking on "Print It," the file will be saved and you can click on "Payment" at the top right of the page.
9. Select the pickup and delivery options.
10. Pay in the method that suits you according to the payment options available.

Approval is only given to files in PDF format. You can convert other formats to PDF from your device, such as DOCX, DOC, PPT, and PPTX.

If you want to cancel your order, you can do so if the order status is "Pending." Simply click on the X icon next to the order on the "My Orders" page. It is worth mentioning that if the order status changes to "Processing," the order has started the printing process and cannot be canceled.
